This luxury spec house project features 4000 SF of indoor living space in Newport Beach, CA. We gutted the entire interior, rebuilt the common areas from scratch and here she stands in all her coastal glam glory, ready to be put on the market!  With gorgeous ocean and cityscape backdrops, this newly remodeled contemporary home is complete with water views from all of the bedrooms, two master suites, kitchen, dining area, and loft. The private gated courtyard and open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining. We custom designed all of the cabinetry from the white oak kitchen with Italian white marble countertops to the bathrooms all with its own character and style. Custom distressed beams adorn the vaulted master bedroom ceiling and the master bathroom is a serene retreat with oversized Carrara marble shower, soaking tub, dual closets and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood park.
